This is an old vintage or antique women's ladies collectible western style accessory Purse / handbag / shoulder bag. Brown Leather Hand Tooled Design with flowers and pictures of dogs, I was told the dogs are Wire & Smooth Fox Terriers. They also look like a Schnauzer or Airedale Terrier..

Wow, an item like this is so in right now, what a fashion statement. Where will you find another? Has an open side pocket, a zipper side pocket, and a middle side pocket.

The zippers do not open and close very easily, but I don't think they are broken, I think they need some oil or something, I don't want to force them. I will leave it to you. This is an old item so it may have some wear dirt and or discoloration, but still a great collectible!
