Old World Christmas Vintage Set of 12 4 Santa Faces in Original Box

  
This is a vintage set of 12 finely crafted glass ornaments in the shape of Santa heads They are essentially silver in color with a red and green hat, frosted mustache and eyebrow accents. Made in Northern Bavaria (the box says West Germany), each beautiful glass ornament is tediously mouth blown, one at a time, into a finely crafted porcelain mold. Once the ornament has been removed from the mold and cooled, a hot solution of liquid silver is poured inside, Then the ornament is delicately hand-painted, the long stem is cut and the cap is attached.
